I can't imagine a better real estate agent! We recently moved 900 miles away from the home we just sold, so we couldn't be around for any of the sales process. And there was a great deal (!) of unexpected stuff that needed to be done with the house including repairs, upgrades, dealing with water leak damage, etc., etc., - it seemed endless. If we had been living in that home at the time we were selling, those things would have taken up a great deal of our time. But Doug took care of everything, efficiently and in a first class manner. In my opinion, Doug is number one agent, a broker out of a few we dealt in the past. We are going through the excessive search, because we know exactly what are looking for, and Doug is very patient and knows exactly what are we looking for.
